Mama, I’ve been learning that goal setting as a caregiver is not about ticking boxes or doing more. It’s about faith-filled intentions. It’s about asking God to guide our steps and trusting Him with the outcome.

This year, I challenge you to set goals that nourish your soul, your family, and your faith. Maybe it’s praying more intentionally each day, taking a walk with your child, or finally tackling that personal project you’ve been putting off. Whatever it is, let it be grounded in love and purpose, not guilt.

Writing goals down is powerful. Seeing them on paper reminds you of your intentions and gives God space to work. Don’t stress about perfection or timelines. Some goals will shift. Some may not happen the way you imagine. That’s okay. Faith teaches us patience and trust.

Mama, the key is consistency, not intensity. Little steps matter. Faithful, small actions over time create the most profound change. Let’s set goals this year that honor God, our families, and ourselves. Let’s move forward with intention, grace, and hope.
